GUADELOUPE: The hospital community of the Northern Islands denounces the violent attacks on the Director of the University Hospital of Guadeloupe, Gérard Cotellon, and the Deputy Director General, Cédric Zolezzi
It is with stupefaction and indignation that the hospital community of the North Island Health Establishments learned of the attack to which the Director General and the Deputy Director General of the University Hospital of Guadeloupe were subjected in the evening of January 4th in their workplace.
These unheard-of outbursts can only disqualify the attackers from the values of public service that they claim to carry. Faced with this situation, it is good to honor the great silent majority of the caregivers who face every day, in difficult conditions, a workload increased by the health situation.
The management of the hospital centers of St. Martin and St. Barthélémy associated with the medical community assures the Director General of the University Hospital of Guadeloupe and his teams of its full and unfailing support.
