MARIGOT: In the overseas territories, specific rules adapted to the situation of each territory and in particular to the spread of variants are implemented.
Here are the health measures required for passengers bound for St. Martin and St. Barthélemy from Metropolitan France.
From France:
If they are completely vaccinated passengers aged twelve and over must present a negative PCR test (biological test for the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus genome in a nasopharyngeal swab) performed less than 24 hours before the flight, or the negative result of a specific antigenic test (test for the detection of the N protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus) performed less than 24 hours before the flight.
Passengers 12 years and older who are not completely vaccinated must provide a compelling personal, family, emergency health, or work-related reason for travel that cannot be delayed.
They must also present a negative RT-PCR test or a negative specific antigenic test performed less than 24 hours before the flight.
Finally, they must submit a statement on their honor attesting to:
– that they agree that a screening test or examination may be performed upon their arrival,
– that they agree to a 7-day prophylactic isolation upon arrival and to perform a new virological screening test following this isolation.
