The Collectivité de Saint-Martin has just launched a call for tenders for the construction of the College 600 in the Orleans district.

MARIGOT: The Collectivité de Saint-Martin has published the public tender for the construction of the future College 600 on Friday, December 10, 2021, on the Secure Markets platform.

This project is co-financed by Europe, the State and the Collectivité for a total amount of 14.6 million euros:

– 10.2 million financed by the European ERDF fund

– 3.15 million by the State

– 1.28 million by the community.

This project consists of the construction and extension of the La Roche Gravée de Moho secondary school in the Orléans district. This new structure will have 600 places and will include classrooms, a gymnasium and a dojo, an administrative center, a maintenance center and a school restaurant.

Bids can be submitted on the secure portal: www.marches-securises.fr

The processing of offers and questions about the consultation are done exclusively on the secure market site, in accordance with the legislation in force.

Closing date of the offer: February 18, 2022.

In order to submit a bid, each candidate must participate in a mandatory site visit.

Registration for the site visit must be made no later than the 4th business day prior to the visit date listed on the RFP, directly at www.marches-securises.fr

Visits are scheduled as follows:

🔹 Monday, December 20, 2021 at 9:30 a.m.

🔹 Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

🔹 Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 9:30 a.m.

College 600 is one of the 5 major development projects carried by the Collectivité and already budgeted, along with College 900 in La Savane, The Concordia Cultural Center, The Aquatic Center in La Savane and the land development of the Marigot Waterfront.
