MARIGOT: On December 4, an attempted strangulation at Fort Louis was reported by the gendarmerie. The victim met with her companion at about 2 pm who tried to strangle her with a black cable. The victim was also dealt several blows inside the vehicle.
The gendarmes of the gendarmerie brigade of Concordia (Concordia) are looking for two witnesses who were at Fort Louis on Saturday, December 4, at around 2 or 3 pm and who saw a Hyundai Accent vehicle registered in the Dutch part of the country and with heavily tinted windows (see photo).
These two witnesses of “Caucasian” (“Metropolitan”) type alerted a third witness nearby, who called the gendarmes. To date, these two witnesses have not been identified, although their testimony is crucial.
