MARIGOT: For all your formalities and information related to taxation, the Collectivité de Saint-Martin invites you to consult the dedicated website: https://www.impots-saint-martin.fr/
The Collectivité’s competence covers the field of tax regulations, while tax assessment and collection are the responsibility of the State (DGFIP). At present, the DGFIP websites do not contain any information specific to Saint Martin, so the Collectivité decided at the beginning of 2021 to create this tool for Saint Martin taxpayers. Until now, all useful tax information, whether it be tax regulations, information and documents relating to the tax base, or communication linked in particular to tax campaigns (income tax, profit tax, DLCP…), were published on the Collectivité’s website.
From now on, to make tax easier for users and to make information more visible and efficient for different audiences – taxpayers, notaries and professionals, accountants, investors – the Collectivité has set up web access dedicated to St. Martin’s tax system.
This service is already available and offers online actions such as obtaining tax documents and forms and the possibility of booking an appointment. The tax website is self-sufficient and will eventually allow for the implementation of dematerialized procedures such as online declarations and payments, in a context of evolution towards e-administration, in the image of what the DGFIP has already initiated at the national level. Statistical monitoring of the use of the site also makes it possible to enrich local knowledge and to adapt the tool to the needs of users.
The Tax Department is available to the public for any further information: firstname.lastname@example.org
