MARIGOT: The government indicated that the application of the vaccination obligation in Martinique would benefit from an additional delay. Healthcare professionals must certify a first injection or proof of recovery or contraindication by December 6, 2021 and have complied with the complete vaccination schedule by December 31, 2021 at the latest.
“Concerning Guadeloupe and the northern islands, the state of health emergency ended on November 15. The vaccination obligation was therefore applied gradually, taking this deadline into account. The vast majority of establishments have therefore finalized the checks and sent letters of formal notice, which can lead to suspensions if non-compliance is maintained. This suspension is lifted immediately upon compliance shown. The ARS did the same for liberal health professionals”, the ARS said in a press release.
She also specifies that “for the sake of appeasement and discernment, personnel presenting only a first injection are systematically validated and are not suspended to this day. They will have to justify their second dose in the month following the first, ie for some in December ”.
