England qualified for the final by beating Denmark after extra time (2-1). The “Three Lions” came back from a one-goal deficit and took the lead on a penalty converted in two times by Harry Kane during the extra time.
A historic day for England! The English team put an end to Denmark’s remarkable run in the semi-finals last night, thanks to a great Harry Kane, who secured the winning goal, to finally win in extra time and reach the Euro final for the first time in its history (2-1, a.p.).
Fifty-five years after their only title in a major competition, at the 1966 World Cup, the English can dream of a new title, and a first Euro, against Italy, on Sunday in Wembley stadium!
