Bilingual Caribbean cookbook published

CONCORDIA: Congratulations to the students of the final year of the CAP Cuisine program at the Lycée Professionnel Daniella Jeffry in Concordia for the creation of a magnificent book of Caribbean recipes in a bilingual format printed in Saint Martin.

President Daniel Gibbs, his 3rd vice president Sofia Carti-Codrington, salute the excellent work of the students, accompanied by their cooking teacher, René Marc Nivelle, the school’s principal, Jeanine Hamlet and her teams and the vice-rector, Michel Sanz, head of the National Education Department of Saint Martin and Saint Barthélemy.

The Collectivité de Saint Martin is proud to have supported this educational project, the result of which is simply amazing.

Congratulations to the students for this great achievement. It is in perseverance and self-sacrifice that we find the path to success!
