15 young people to attend cohesion program

GRAND CASE: This Sunday, June 20th, the Prefect, Serge Gouteyron, went to the Espérance airport in Grand Case to congratulate 15 young people from Saint Martin who have chosen to participate in the cohesion stay that will take place from June 21st to July 2nd, 2021 at the CREPS Antilles Guyane located in Les Abymes in Guadeloupe, as part of the Universal National Service (SNU).

In the presence of various officials, the Prefect delivered a speech honoring the volunteerism and courage of these young people aged between 15 and 17 years, as well as the civic values they carry through this commitment within the SNU. This was a source of pride for the parents who were also present, as well as for the young people from St. Martin who will represent their territory during this beautiful adventure, followed by a mission at the Savane Gendarmerie.
