MARIGOT: Vaccination against Covid-19 is open to young people aged 12 to 18 years since June 15th in France, including in overseas territories. In Saint Martin, about ten young people have been vaccinated every day since last Tuesday. This represents a little more than 10% of the public.
As a reminder, the vaccine used is Pfizer, the only one with a marketing authorization. The authorization of both parents is required. In the absence of one of the parents, the parent present fills out the certificate and undertakes on his or her honour to have previously obtained the consent of the absent parent and co-holder of parental authority. Similarly, a parental attestation must be collected and kept systematically. It is available on the website of the Ministry of Solidarity and Health.
