In these continuing pandemic times, many people have found relief and calm through meditation and positive thinking. This option is also available to people on St. Maarten as it has been even before the pandemic via the local chapter of the Brahma Kumaris.All sessions are executed online via Zoom with Empowerment of the Individual as the focus every Tuesday. This week’s topic is compassion. Meditation classes are on Wednesday and positive thinking sessions are on Fridays. All sessions are free and are conducted from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.Sister Devki encourages those seeking some quiet, peace, and something positive and wholesome in their lives to explore the classes offered by the centre to see what enlightenment may be gained from just an hour.
