Chair yoga adapted from Hatha yoga poses for elders, students with injuries, disabilities, and those with medical conditions.
Students of any fitness level or age will practice yoga in a comfortable and attainable way.
This class will incorporate movement, breathwork and guided visualization/meditation to help bring deeper awareness within the body to reduce anxiety, protect the joints, lower blood pressure, and build strength and balance.
Time: Mondays from 10:30 – 11:30AM
