AIRPORT: Yesterday, Wednesday, April 21st at 1:25 p.m., the first Air Caraibes flight Paris-St Maarten in 2021 landed at Juliana Airport.
It is an Airbus A350-900 of the latest generation. Its capacity is 389 passengers. The last flight was March 2020.
This first flight, so long awaited by the customers of the transatlantic company with local colors, marks its resumption of flights between Paris and St. Maarten every Wednesday until June 10th.
It takes off from Juliana at 4:50 p.m. every Wednesday with an arrival at Orly at 6:45 a.m. on Thursday.
After this date, the A350-900 will be replaced by an A330-200 with a capacity of 287 passengers. Great news for the travelers and for our island which needs it so much!
